Bottled Tea For Meat

Marinating the meat with bottled tea sounds weird doesn’t it? But apparently, the tannins found in tea are a natural meat tenderizer. So if you enjoy a nice, juicy, and tender steak, marinade your meat overnight in the fridge with a bottle of any plain black tea along with salt, pepper, and spices like rosemary, nutmeg, garlic, and bayleaf.

Same goes for barbecue ribs or chops, brine the meat with two cups of sweet tea and salt. Make the barbecue sauce with 1 cup dark brown sugar, 2 cups ketchup, 3 shallots, finely chopped Kosher salt and black pepper. Then grill the meat, once it is done, immediately dunk it onto the barbecue sauce and serve. Get Your Bottled Tea Here!
